Q: How can I get invitation code to the server?

  • You can receive one when I distribute codes occasionally, or ask me directly.

Q: Are there any rules?

  • There are no strict rules inside the server, except one: Do not abuse bandwidth. Abusing bandwidth will result in a permanent ban. No warnings. No temporary suspension. Permanent removal.

Q: Do I have to pay?

  • Almost everything provided on this server is completely free. Although donations are appreciated no matter the amount.

Q: A particular app is down

  • This server is provided as-is. No uptime guarantee, no SLA, no obligation to maintain services. Downtime may happen at any time without notice.

Q: I can't play any media in Plex / No media is showing in Plex

  • You have no access to the Plex server. As of 01/03/2026 public registration for the Plex account is closed, you have to ask me personally to get access. If you don't have access to the Plex Server, use the Jellyfin server instead.

Q: No season showing up for TV series in Jellyfin

  • Just wait until they shows up, it is a known problem in version 10.11.xx, they are working to fix it.

Q: Some apps doesn't have a login/logout button

  • They are open to public, you can even share the URL to your friends and family members if you want to.

Q: Komga keeps asking me to login even though I've checked the Remember Me box

  • After you login using oauth (the SIGN IN WITH GEAUX SERVER button), go to My Account >> Details menu and change your password. From then on use email and password to login instead for Komga.

Q: How do I request content?

Q: Download is slow even though streaming is fast

  • I've limited the bandwidth. The focus of the server is to serve through the applications, downloading the content is a bonus that I can take away anytime.
